Plan a production-ready sock project
Brands, retailers, sports teams and distributors can send a logo, reference image or technical drawing for a project review. Before sampling, confirm which construction, yarn, sizes, colors and packaging are feasible, and record those decisions in the quotation. Ask for current samples or production evidence for any capability that matters to your order.
Options to discuss for your brief
Structure and fit
Specify the target sock height, size range and intended wearer.
Materials
Tell us your preferred yarn, feel, durability and target price; available materials are confirmed for your project.
Brand details
Share your logo, pattern and any label or packaging requirements for a feasibility review.
Performance
Describe any cushioning, ventilation, reinforcement or grip requirements so they can be checked during specification review.
Six steps to agree for an OEM order
- Brief: share artwork, sizes, quantity, target market and target date.
- Technical review: confirm who checks artwork scale, stitch feasibility, colors and construction.
- Quotation: agree specification, MOQ, sample cost and estimated lead time.
- Sampling: define sample approval checks for fit, colors, logo placement and packaging.
- Production and QC: agree how bulk goods will be compared with the approved sample.
- Delivery: confirm carton, document and shipping responsibilities in writing.
Quality checkpoints to agree before shipment
Specify the checks required for yarn and color, sizes and logo placement, knitting defects, toe closing, boarding and pairing. If labels, hangtags or retail packaging are part of the project, agree how they and carton quantities will be checked against the approved sample and packing instructions. Ask for the agreed inspection record before shipment.
Typical project timing
Project timing is confirmed case by case rather than promised as a fixed number of days. It depends on yarn availability, sock construction, order quantity, packaging, sample requirements and how quickly specifications and artwork are approved.
