Buy around your studio's demand, not one total quantity
Studio wholesale purchasing starts with how socks will be offered: member retail, a welcome bundle or another studio program. Separate that buying decision from developing a new sock construction. Your first order needs a size and color allocation, packing instructions and a plan for checking what sells.
This is an order-planning page, not a promise of ready stock, instant shipping, consignment or automatic replenishment. Availability and order terms require confirmation. To develop a new construction first, see custom Pilates sock development; to compare sock shapes, use the grip sock range overview.

Build an order allocation sheet
- Define the sales channel: single studio, multiple locations or an online member shop.
- Choose a limited opening assortment: specify each design and color; a broader assortment divides your quantity across more variants.
- Allocate size quantities: use your own member or previous sales information where available. If you have no history, ask what size combinations are feasible rather than treating an invented ratio as demand.
- Assign locations: distinguish central delivery from packing by studio; identify carton labels and quantities for each location.
- Set the review point: record sales and remaining pairs by variant before deciding what to reorder.
Before requesting a quote, your sheet should contain: studio or location, design, color, size label, quantity, unit packing and destination. The sum of those lines is the total order quantity; a total alone cannot describe your stock allocation.
Prepare reception-desk retail packaging
Tell us whether pairs will be displayed individually, included in a member bundle or distributed to locations in bulk. Packaging can be discussed for the order, but specific formats, artwork and costs must be confirmed.
- Customer-facing label: confirm brand, size, composition and care information applicable to your market.
- SKU or barcode: supply your required codes and assignment by variant; do not assume the factory creates your retail system.
- Receiving check: agree how size and color can be identified without opening every package.
- Carton allocation: decide whether packing follows the total order or separate location quantities.
Retail compliance depends on the destination. Have your required label content checked for that market before approving packaging; this page does not establish regulatory compliance.
Plan a reorder without assuming guaranteed stock
Keep the approved sample, specification version, packaging artwork and variant list. When requesting a repeat order, provide the previous reference and quantities, and ask whether yarn, colors, sole pattern and packaging remain available.
Base reorder timing on your own stock use, the supplier's newly confirmed lead time and transport allowance. A repeat order still needs its terms confirmed; we do not promise standing inventory or identical timing for every season.
Ask the quotation to identify product cost, packaging, any setup or sampling charges and delivery terms. This lets you compare quotations on the same basis without assuming that a pair price includes freight, taxes or import costs.
Request a studio wholesale quotation
Send your location count, intended use or retail channel, quantity split, logo requirement, packing plan, destination and desired arrival date. Include whether this is an opening assortment or a reorder. MOQ and timing are confirmed by design, variant allocation and packaging, not only by the total number of pairs.
Common purchasing questions
Can different sizes or colors share one minimum?
Send the quantity split and ask for confirmation. We do not state that every variant can be mixed under one minimum.
Can cartons be packed for separate studios?
Provide location-level quantities and label instructions in the quote brief. Confirm the packing work, costs and shipping arrangement before placing the order.
Do you set my studio's retail price?
No. You decide retail pricing using your own landed costs, margin requirements and customer demand. We can quote the agreed supply specification.
